Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignPOS (“the Service”), operated by Harij Softech Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignPOS is a cloud-based point-of-sale platform that provides billing, inventory management, analytics, and related retail management tools. The Service is offered as a subscription on a monthly or annual basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (e) resell the Service without written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We will not access your data except to provide the Service, for support purposes with your permission, or as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Harij Softech Pvt Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harij Softech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
