Refund Policy

Free Trial
All SignSuite plans include a free trial period. During the trial, you will not be charged. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded automatically — no charges will apply.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are issued, but you retain access until the end of the annual period.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charges, incorrect amount, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the difference is not refunded. The new pricing takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in the SignSuite dashboard. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@signpos.in.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
