Account information: Name, email, phone number, business name, and GST number provided during registration.

Usage data: Log data, device information, IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Business data: Transaction records, inventory data, customer records, and reports generated through the Service.

Payment information: Billing details processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process transactions and send billing information; (c) send product updates, security alerts, and support messages; (d) improve the Service through analytics; (e) comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on AWS servers located in India (Mumbai region). We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share information with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, payments, email); (b) law enforcement when required by law; (c) a successor entity in case of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice.

6. Your Business Data

You retain full ownership of your business data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data. Data will be deleted within 90 days of account closure unless retention is required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction and billing records are retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Usage logs are retained for 12 months.
